salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter PO and NonPO Invoice
- Weekly check runs
- Maintain monthly sales & use tax file
- Process monthly AMEX charges and applicable expense reports
- Vendor account maintenance
- Manual checks, voided checks, wires or ACH payments
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Other accounts payable duties as assigned
- Back up for accounts receivable Provide clerical and administrative support to office
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- Experience using ERP systems (required MAS 100)
- Intermediate-level Excel user
- Be able to multi-task (position can be fast paced at times)
- Minimum of at least 3 years (at same company) of accounts payable experience in inventory and costing
